Mind-body exercise for all
Bring your child, a grandparent, relative, friend or neighbor to have fun and learn about the many health benefits of playing tai chi, no matter your age, on Wednesday, April 17, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Blue Hill Public Library.
Led by Mia Kanazawa, participants will practice gentle, easy to learn mind-body exercises that simultaneously promote relaxation and energy.
Healthy snacks will be provided by the Brooksville Elementary School garden class. Attendees will also have an opportunity to learn about and explore the National Library of Medicine’s free online health resources, which offer ad-free, peer-reviewed information on a wide range of health and wellness topics.
