Problem solving training offered in Penobscot
The People’s Forum of Penobscot has successfully addressed town problems using a unique “Wicked-Problem Approach” and now wants to share it with people from all areas, according to a news release from the People’s Forum.
The organization is offering training to develop facilitators who will use this approach to lead problem-solving teams both within their community and in their career fields.
Graduates will acquire the project management and team leadership skills needed to successfully lead these teams. The training will begin January 10 and continue on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Penobscot Community School for six weeks. Enrollment is limited to 20 students, first come, first served. Residents from neighboring communities are invited to attend. The course is offered at no charge, and all materials will be provided. To enroll contact Dick Hutchinson, 326-9751, firstname.lastname@example.org before January 3.
