Next Generation Foundation launches grants program
The Next Generation Foundation has launched its new large grants program. Grants will be available to organizations with nonprofit status (or a nonprofit sponsor) for the purpose of capital improvements, creating or building endowment, adding or enlarging programs, or increasing scale. The geographic area to be served is Maine.
The mission of the Next Generation Foundation is to improve the health, education, and societal support for the most vulnerable populations of Maine, according to a press release from the foundation.
Organizations interested in applying to Next Generation’s new large grant program must submit a two-page Letter of Inquiry by March 1. Successful candidates will be asked to complete a formal application by June 1. For information on where and how to submit letters of inquiry, visit mainenextgen.org.
