The boys lost a close match to Sumner 3-2. In the first singles, Drew Siebert won 8-6, in the second singles, Tim Cormier lost 8-1, and in the third singles, Doug Heanssler lost 8-4. In the doubles, Andrew Turner/Nick Eaton lost 8-6 and Matt Duddy/Paul Zoephal won 8-2.

With only one match left, the girls have come so close to their first win, showing a lot of improvement. We almost beat Sumner after losing to them 5-0 earlier. We were close to Schenck earlier, so with any luck our improvement will give us our first victory in our last game with them.

The boys at 6-5 are in fourth place in Class C. We have a big matchup with Schenck to hold our position and secure a home playoff match for the post season. We have been playing along with all of our opponents other than powerhouse George Stevens. We just need to maintain our momentum.
