Mariners basketball teams have big plans for February break—in the Bangor Auditorium! Both teams won their preliminary playoff games on February 14. The eighth-seeded girls beat ninth-place Penobscot Valley in a high-powered game 48-27. The sixth-place boys beat 11th-place Bangor Christian 47-31 after a rough first quarter. The boys will play third-place Washburn on Saturday, February 18, at 8:35 p.m., and the girls will play first-place Washburn on Monday, February 20, at 8:35 p.m., both at the Bangor Auditorium.
