Prep chef Larry Gray, left, and chef-owner Fritz Knoll of Blue Hill’s 66 Steak & Seafood restaurant take home the designation of “Best of the Fest,” for the second year in a row, edging out some solid competition. The restaurant donated all of its proceeds to the all-volunteer rescue organization Maine Search and Rescue Dogs.
