Vive le bleu, blanc et rouge!
The threat of thundershowers did nothing to dampen the spirits of people attending the first Picnic en Blanc in Castine in three years. The Bastille Day event on July 14 hosted over 450 guests, happily visiting friends old and new while enjoying delicious food, drink and a special cake, oohing and ahhing over the performances of the amazing entertainers, and grooving to the rhythm and blues Motown music of Pat Colwell and the Soul Sensations.
