Hands-on training helps firefighters gain lifesaving skills

Firefighters from Blue Hill, Brooklin, Penobscot and Sedgwick received hands on extrication training as part of a two-day exercise at Snow’s Garage in Penobscot April 27 and 28. Led by Maine-iac Training, the group also received support from longtime firefighter and garage owner John Snow who donated the space and the vehicles and Blaise deSibour who donated a Lull lift to assist in the lifesaving training.
