Penobscot Bay Press is a family-owned news and community information services provider, based in Stonington, Maine, with a second office in Blue Hill, Maine, with a local focus on our communities. We have about 15 full- and part-time employees, publishing three paid weekly newspapers: Island Ad-Vantages, The Weekly Packet, and Castine Patriot, with digital subscriptions available. We publish the annual Bay Community Register, the go-to area guide and phone directory for East Penobscot Bay, a Summer Guide for visitors to the area, and numerous special sections. Penobscot Bay Press also has a growing book division.
