When in doubt, ask! There are many places where additional information can be found. While people on the street are likely to provide information you need, here is a list of resources to assist you in your planning. Deer Isle-Stonington Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center, Little Deer Isle, Rte. 15, a half mile on the right after crossing the Deer Isle-Sedgwick Bridge. The center is open only through Columbus Day, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., but the Web site is always available. deerisle.com Blue Hill Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, 107 Main St., Blue Hill.
